How to Reserve
When making a reservation, 50% of the total is required as a reservation deposit, as well as the cleaning fee. At the time of reservation, the cleaning fee will be run on your credit card. The remainder of the deposit is due by check within 10 business days. Valid credit card info is used as security deposit.

$2500 weekly rate (includes taxes) plus $135 cleaning fee = $2635 total for your stay

Information you will need to provide:
- Address
- Phone number
- Cell phone number
- Valid credit card
- E-mail address
You will also receive an email as a receipt for the credit card transaction. When your check for the reservation deposit arrives, I will notify you by email. Before your remaining balance is due, I will send you a friendly reminder by email.
When the check for your final payment arrives, I will notify you by email and include explicit directions to the vacation home and then call with your security code to the front door.
