PLEASE NOTE: Add $50 per night to the above rate if your stay includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, or Labor Day weekend.
Minimum Stays
*Summer is a 7 night minimum...after April 1st, we will accept a 3 night minimum.
5 night minimum on holidays, 3 night minimum for Spring, Early Summer, and Fall, and 2 night minimum for Winter.
Cleaning fee
$135 for Canyon Retreat and $150 for Nature's Retreat. Cleaning is the same rate, no matter the length of the stay.
Payments
Personal checks are preferred. Credit cards are accepted for your deposit and/or balance, but a 3.5% fee will be added to the amount.
Cleaning fee is due when booking is made, 50% of rate is due within 2 weeks, and balance is due before 45 days of arrival.
Cancellations
Cancellations made prior to 45 days of arrival will be refunded, less a $150 booking fee, and only when your dates are booked by another party.
No refunds for cancellations within 45 days of arrival or for early departure.
~ Why? ~ Because we mainly accommodate large groups of family and friends, and it is difficult to arrange a vacation for a large group within a short period of time. If your dates are booked by another party, we will gladly refund your payment.
Although we do everything possible to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, we cannot control or be responsible for the weather or any other unforeseen circumstance that may affect your stay.
Boat Slips
If you need a boat slip, you may rent a slip at State Park Marina (only 5 minutes away). Otherwise, there is a public boat ramp less than a mile from our homes, down Hwy. P. Your boat trailer will need to be parked in a secure parking area, which we will cover the cost for you.
